Delivery Policy for Wholesale Customers and Ambassadors
At Genesis Coffee Roasters, we are committed to providing timely and efficient delivery services to our valued Wholesale Customers and Ambassadors. Our delivery policy is designed to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered with precision and care.
Order Fulfillment and Delivery
- Fulfillment Timeline: All orders placed will be fulfilled and delivered within two business days from the order date. This prompt turnaround ensures that your business operations are supported seamlessly.
- Delivery Schedule: Orders placed on Fridays will be scheduled for delivery on the following Monday afternoon. Please note that weekend deliveries are not available, except under prior special arrangements.
- Emergency Deliveries: We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you require an urgent delivery outside of our standard schedule, please contact us at 530-391-7449 to discuss possible arrangements. We will do our utmost to accommodate your needs while maintaining our commitment to service excellence.

- Coordination and Communication: To facilitate smooth delivery operations, we ask that all customers ensure accurate and up-to-date delivery information is provided at the time of order placement.

Invoicing Terms for Genesis Coffee Roasters
All invoices issued by Genesis Coffee Roasters are due within one week from the date they are drafted. It is imperative that payments are made promptly to ensure the continuation of coffee deliveries and the maintenance of your wholesale account or ambassador status.
Please be advised that Genesis Coffee Roasters does not offer extended payment terms. If an invoice remains unpaid beyond the initial week, a 5% fee will be applied to the total due for each additional week the invoice remains unsettled.
